Producer/Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible individual to serve as both a customer support representative and a content producer. A flexible schedule is required, as our company operates during athletic events that we choose to produce. This job will require approximately 30 hours per week on mostly evenings and weekends. The job will grow to full time as our customer base grows.

For the customer support role Zendesk experience is highly preferred. During sports games, monitoring the support channel and responding to customer support tickets in a timely manner is the core part of this role. This will require working in conjunction with the production team to be able to diagnose the issue and responding to the customer accurately and appropriately.

For production, someone who rolls with the punches and is a team player is needed. A high IQ in sports and sports knowledge will also play an enormous role in your success and fit at WinView. Being able to think on your feet and not get flustered amid distractions, along with strong communication skills is a major boon.


  • Customer service or contact center experience
  • Strong customer service mental
  • Verbal and written fluency in English
  • Zendesk experience preferred
  • Passionate sports fan with strong knowledge in major sports
  • High school degree, some college preferred
  • Flexible schedule (willing to work nights/weekends)
  • Quick and astute learner
