This Saturday is a game you definitely don’t want to miss. Long-time rivals Army vs. Navy battle it out to see if Army can beat Navy for the first time since 2001, or if Navy will continue its 14-game winning streak. Both teams are having good seasons, however Navy took a big hit to their offense as two of their best offensive players, Will Worth and Toneo Gulley, were injured in last week’s loss against Temple. Combined with Navy’s weakened offense and coming off a huge win against Morgan State, we think Army will achieve their long awaited win against Navy.

Army vs Navy Score Prediction: Navy 21, Army 26

Long-time rivals, Army and Navy, go head to head again this Saturday in Baltimore.

Navy has been on the top of this rivalry since 2002, with 14 consecutive wins against Army. The Black Knights came close last year, just losing by 4, so will they be able to defeat the Midshipmen this year? Army has some momentum coming off of a massive 60-3 win against Morgan State, while Navy is coming back from a 34-10 loss against Temple.

Quarterback Ahmad Bradshaw and running back Andy Davidson are the catalysts for the Army attack, combining for 1,464 yards and 15 touchdowns on the ground. However, when forced to pass the offense crumbles, so they will need to keep the ball on the ground. Army’s defense has been solid, allowing an average of 19 points per game, good for No. 14 in the nation. The Black Knights will be well prepared for the Navy offense.

Bad news for Navy’s offense after last week’s game against Temple. They are down to their third-string quarterback after the injury to Will Worth, who is out for the rest of the season. Navy’s second-best runner, Toneo Gulley, was also injured in the loss, leaving back-up quarterback Zach Abey to lead the offense.

Considering the injuries, we think Army will take advantage of their weakened offense and finally beat Navy for the first time since 2001. The Midshipmen will still put up a solid fight, but we predict the Black Knights winning by 5 points.
